Followup Session with LO@KL students

Had students from China, Cambodia, Switzerland attended this virtual reunion.

Their feedback :

Most applied coaching - and surprised they got results even from new hire !
Thanh from Finance Mgr from Vietnam found that the productivity of team increase by about 20% ~
Cheng - Warehouse Mgr from Cambodia found that coaching really worked and powerful. His team more engaged and can see his new style.
So coach more, teach less !

Saki - merged 3 golden circle with delegation - much better results from the team as they work faster.

Jerry Huang - Chengdu Finance - apply company values more and see more from other angle, communicate more with "difficult" people. Seeing results too !

Tina - Chengdu Finance - applied coaching and listening more, always get agreement with team on the objectives .
Results: saw the KPI and productivity increases in the team, and feel the team is more happy.

Applied talent 9Box and unconscious bias and situational leadership, coaching
results - more collaboration with other teams, and able manage expectations of staffs,
big surprise is Coaching brought results.

Martin - regional CFO
Applied feedback and objectives : created more open dialogues with the team.

One main challenge from them is the use of time. Lack of time to practice and apply these learnings.
I wonder how much time is required for say some of this - feedback, coaching, objectives alignments, or even thinking of the real WHY ?
Is that a rationalisation or valid ?
Leaders to answer that, prioritise and commitment. No one can tell when to do , what to do. You decide, dear Leaders.
