Copenhagen's Leading Others

Best view from the training room ever !
.

I really enjoyed the session as there was great participation. Set the rules up - linking values to being Open Mind, to the Tools Management i.e.  Swiss Knife in the opening.
Took opportunities on Day 3 - 4 to have some physical ice breaker energiser - claps and Duke of York.
Having British in the case, interesting question about the success of Duke of York. Need to find out more the history !

Here is a pic with the Captain of ships !
From left - Richard, Soren, myself, Patrick (South African, lives in KK !)
Ivan, Rasmus

I do look forward to enjoy a sailing session soon with Pat.

I varied the way of 3 circles, by using an example of Safety campaign - if with the right Why, and not so right Why. Got them to split into specific relevant teams/dept, to come up up with their Why for existing projects/tasks. 3 per group. This created higher relevance and engagement ! this the way to go for future.
Could be more up 6 if the team is big.

Interesting to link emotional and logic side with decision making with the 3 circles as well as Situational Leadership (commitment side).

Got pretty good reviews from them all. I would say its been an effective session.

Next coming up - Vietnam - Level 3 1106.
